QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for Beauty and Spa: A genuine love for the beauty and wellness industry and enjoy creating positive client experiences.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in professional customer service roles where providing excellent client care was a top priority.
  • Spa/Salon Background: Past experience includes working in a [spa/salon setting] where I gained familiarity with booking systems and daily operations.
  • Technical Skills: Possess excellent computer skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: someone who can build strong client relationships through clear and friendly communication.
  • Multitasking and Fast-Paced Environments: Can thrive in a dynamic setting and excel at managing multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
