Description Looking for a great part-time opportunity with a consistent schedule? We're seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to provide front desk coverage every Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment. What You'll Do Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member. Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Sort incoming mail and distribute or scan documents to the appropriate individuals. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Help ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and welcoming. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and common office software. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
