Description Job Title: Receptionist Company: Grand Peaks Behavioral Health Location: Rotating between St. Anthony and Rexburg Behavioral Health Clinics Wage: DOE Schedule: Friday: 7:50 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: Hours vary depending on provider schedules Monday: 7:50 AM – 6:00 PM Opportunity to pick up additional weekday hours Grand Peaks Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable and friendly Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This position supports both our St. Anthony and Rexburg clinics, so reliability and flexibility are essential. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, and we are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, organized, and committed to helping others. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff Answer and direct phone calls; schedule appointments Maintain strict patient confidentiality Manage front desk operations, including client check-in/check-out and paperwork Assist with general office and administrative duties Provide reception support at both the St. Anthony and Rexburg clinic locations Requirements Ability to work at both the St. Anthony and Rexburg clinic locations Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Apply today to join our team.
