About the Clinic Greencross Tuggeranong is a busy, fast‑paced practice, currently home to: 4 Vets (2 full‑time, 2 part‑time) A fantastic nursing team of up to 9 nurses when fully staffed No two days are the same, and your customer service skills will be well and truly put to use! 🌿Why Tuggeranong? About the Role As our Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming clients and patients on arrival Answering phones and booking appointments using our patient management system Taking and receipting payments Managing client emails and correspondence Preparing patient admission paperwork Banking duties and general administrative tasks Triaging patients (full training provided during induction) Providing general advice on vaccine schedules, nutrition, and parasite prevention You’ll work with a supportive, close‑knit team who truly have each other’s backs.
