Role Purpose: As a receptionist, you will take ownership of the corporate reception area, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls on the reception mobile and manage enquiries.
Handle the reception email inbox, responding to queries promptly.
Collect and distribute post and deliveries.
Order and collect lunch for meetings as needed.
Assist visitors and colleagues with their questions in a knowledgeable manner.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are presentable.
Keep the kitchen and communal areas stocked and tidy.
Provide administrative support, including managing couriers and visitor passes.
Assist in the setup of office events and deliveries.
Collaborate closely with the Office Manager and Executive Assistants.
