As Receptionist/Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
· Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients with professionalism.
· high level of confidentiality/discretion required for our clients
· Handling and distributing incoming post and parcels for serviced and virtual tenants.
· Managing incoming calls efficiently on behalf of serviced tenants.
· Coordinating with cleaners and building management to resolve any facility issues promptly.
· Managing the conference room diary.
· Providing administrative support to both management and tenants.
· Upholding health and safety standards and overseeing first aid provisions.
· Conducting tours of available office space for prospective tenants.
