Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

· Responsible for greeting our guests, answering phones, and directing calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
· Organizes, and maintains up to date company records and files, assists in data compilation, and perform various clerical and administrative duties.
· Handles customer payments (whenever required) and communicate professionally.
· Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership, obtain demographic information on customers, and provide information on dealership promotions.
· Attends to basic customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
· Always maintains a tidy and presentable reception and customer lounge area.
· Any other duties as assigned.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

· Your High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
· Office Administration diploma would be considered an asset.
· A direct work experience as a receptionist in a dealership setting is an asset.
· Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal or diagram form.
· Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Keen to details, update, organize and maintain basic database, records and filing system on a regular basis.
· Possess good telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer service orientation.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and MS Office applications
· The ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
