PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST – HEALTH CARE CLINIC (FOREST HILL VILLAGE, TORONTO)

Saturday Shift Only: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Kinective Health & Performance is a boutique-style multi-disciplinary health care clinic nestled in the heart of Forest Hill Village, Toronto. Our team of passionate and collaborative practitioners is committed to providing exceptional care in a calm, welcoming environment — and we’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join us on Saturdays.

• Greet patients warmly and create a friendly, professional front-desk experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails and emails in a timely and courteous manner
• Check patients in and out of appointments
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using clinic software (training provided)
• Accept payments and issue receipts (through clinic software)
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, treatment rooms, and small gym space
• Water plants and ensure the overall cleanliness of the clinic
• Ensure that each treatment room is stocked with necessary equipment/linens/products for the day
• Conduct light inventory counts of wellness products and supplies
• Communicate effectively with practitioners and assist with minor administrative tasks as needed
• Be available to business owners requests as needed, while on shift
