What You’ll Do: Greet customers and manage walk-in traffic Answer and route incoming phone calls Provide administrative support to the Sales Team Send emails, e-brochures, and pricing information Assist with CRM tasks (Drivecentric) and weekly reports Scan driver’s licenses and input customer information Manage keys, dealer trade paperwork, and inventory support Maintain a clean, organized reception area Receive packages and assist with general office duties Requirements Strong communication and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and professionalism Attention to detail and organizational ability Team-oriented mindset Why Milton Martin Toyota?
