We are looking for committed and enthusiastic employee. Ideal candidates will have an excellent communication skill, ability to work well under pressure and the confidence to deal with day-to-day queries independently.
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner to ensure that the first impression is efficient, professional and customer focused.
You will screen all incoming calls and be responsible for messages getting to the appropriate person in a timely manner. You will ensure that all visitors are greeted in a professional efficient manner and their needs whilst on site are met.
You will offer administration support to other departments within the business when required. Your responsibilities will also cover the distribution of incoming/outgoing post and maintaining the stationary stock.
