ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday either 07:00 - 15:00 or 07:30 - 15:30
Your main aim will be to provide efficient and professional reception and administration support to a customer site contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors to this prestigious site, you will undertake; meet and greet, process paperwork, update systems and file documentation. You’ll also ensure that a professional, corporate image is maintained through effective communication, liaising with customers and colleagues in an efficient manner both by telephone and in writing.
This is a part time job share, however, there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to cover for annual holidays and sickness of the reception team in general.
