Part-time Receptionist - Outpatient Services Entity: Aga Khan University Hospital Location: Karachi, Pakistan Introduction: The Aga Khan University Hospital in addition to its five Hospitals creates access through its Outreach Services which include Clinical Laboratories, Outpatient Medical Centres, Pharmacy services, Home Health and other services. Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan. Outpatient Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and Physiotherapy, and cater to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations. Responsibilities Specifically, you will be responsible to: provide administrative services that includes handling phone calls & scheduling appointments handle cash transactions charge services to patient bill facilitate patients/relatives/visitors as required convey patient related problems to supervisor participate in departmental quality initiatives and projects. Requirements You should have: a Bachelor’s degree at least one year of experience mainly working at front office is preferred good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks basic computer knowledge and its application willingness to work in shift duties. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
