We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Owasco RV in Bowmanville, Ontario. This role is vital to our operations as it ensures a welcoming environment for our customers while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional service in the recreational vehicle industry.

• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently.
• Maintain office organization through effective filing and data entry.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Support office management tasks, including scheduling appointments.
• Utilize computer skills for various administrative tasks, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in multi-line phone systems and office management practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
