Essential Functions: · Answer incoming calls within a timely fashion and respond to or transfer the call as appropriate. · Receive checks/money orders, log in QuickBooks, and distribute accordingly. · Log incoming and outgoing packages and documents. · Handle other walk-in clients as needed, payment processing, keys/fobs/remotes/parking pass workflow and tracking. · Handle customer disputes · Work on forwarding mail and create a COA as needed · Restock and order supplies for break room and bathroom · Assist Document Management team as needed · Perform all other job requests as assigned by management. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months office experience Minimum of 6 months Customer Service experience Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift 50lbs.
