We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual with an excellent phone manner to fill a part-time Front Desk Receptionist position with exceptional customer service skills. Fast typing skills are required as there is a large volume of booking enquiries. Experience in the Massage and Holistic Health Industry would be ideal. Knowledge of Phorest Software would also be a huge advantage. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy working environment, be an expert at multi-tasking, and take their own initiative to get things done with a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 1-year Receptionist experience in a very busy environment and be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

MAIN RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:

  • Five Star Service – this is of the utmost importance. All clients must receive exceptional Customer Service at all times.
  • Using Phorest Booking software, efficiently managing all enquiries and bookings made via phone, email, and in person.
  • Keep the Reception Area spotlessly clean, neat, and tidy at all times.
  • Meet and greet and offer our clients water upon arrival.
  • Ensure Daily Checklists are completed
  • Liaise with General Manager on regular basis with updates
  • Cover holidays when other Receptionists are on Annual Leave
  • Ad-hoc daily admin duties.
