The Plough is a charming 4 star, 23 bedroom boutique hotel set in the beautiful surroundings of Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire with an award winning restaurant.
Our luxury rooms range over three floors with spectacular views over the Towy Valley along with our outside terraces for dining.
We are looking to expand our team by recruiting a Receptionist/assisting the Front of house team.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
· Some experience within administration and customer facing roles.
· Computer literacy is a must, including Microsoft Office and be confident to learn new computer packages for the role.
The role is varied and fast paced, excellent organisation skills and the ability to priorities is essential.
Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, you must be able to deal with customers on the telephone, in person and via email in a professional, confident and friendly manner. Professional appearance is required. There is no set uniform, however a smile to be worn at all times!
