Position Overview We are seeking a professional, well-spoken Remote Part-Time Receptionist to support our Minneapolis main office during peak call hours. This role is critical to ensuring that every incoming caller is greeted promptly, professionally, and routed appropriately throughout the firm. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, highly attentive, and committed to maintaining a 100% answer rate for all calls they are available to receive during their scheduled shift. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally during scheduled hours Maintain a 100% answer rate for calls received while on shift Greet callers in a friendly, polished, and professional manner Accurately route calls to appropriate team members or departments Take detailed and accurate messages when necessary Provide basic information to callers as appropriate Communicate clearly with internal staff regarding call volume or urgent matters Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence Strong listening skills and attention to detail Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace Ability to multitask and remain organized during high call volume Dependable and punctual with consistent availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–3 PM CST Prior receptionist, call center, or customer service experience preferred What We’re Looking For A calm and courteous communicator Someone who takes pride in never missing a call A team player who understands the importance of first impressions A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting Compensation $18 per hour Part-time, consistent weekday schedule Remote position How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief paragraph describing your phone/customer service experience and why you would be a great fit for this role.
