Description POSITION: Evening/Weekend Receptionist REPORTS TO: Sales Managers POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Receptionist is often the first representation of the company. To this end, it is expected that the Receptionist will take pride in ensuring that Wilson County Motors maintains the standards of customer service. The following includes, but is not limited to, the duties and working conditions of the Receptionist. Any time, when it is deemed necessary by management, these duties are subject to change, or you may be requested to assist other employees in other areas: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1. Realize that during any interaction with customers the employee should remember the HERO (Helpful, Exceeds expectations, Represents us well, takes Ownership) program. Also, that the customer is the highest priority of any employee of Wilson County Motors. 2. Greeting every customer in a polite and friendly manner. 3. Assisting every customer in any way possible. 4. Maintain a pleasant, cheerful, and professional attitude at all times. 5. Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them as needed. 6. Distributing and collecting the Key Advantage devices. 7. Ensuring that all Sales members are properly clocking in/out. 8. Assisting Sales Manager as directed. 9. Other duties as assigned. Requirements ABILITIES NEEDED TO PERFORM DUTIES: 1. Ability to arrive to work on time. 2. Customer service focus. 3. Polite, friendly, professional, and outgoing personality. 4. Knowledge of phone systems. 5. Computer proficiency. WORKING CONDITIONS: Evening/Weekend Receptionist will spend majority of shift sitting at a desk.
