OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Part time Receptionist to join our team of 3 Receptionists. Wolfscastle Country Hotel is a boutique award winning family owned hotel, set in the heart of Pembrokeshire, 10 minutes from the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking guests in and out, manning the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient reception operations. The ability to work both as an individual and part of a team is important as well as offering a friendly and effective service to our customers. Experience would be beneficial but full training will be provided, however experience in financial balancing and customer accounts is desirable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist is beneficial but full training is provided.
  • Proficiency using computers and software.
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
    -Ability to run and manage customer accounts and data
