Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer
Mploy have an opportunity for someone to join our well-established Christchurch office as a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer on a part-time basis.
This is a key role within the branch, and it will require you to support our team in managing key busy accounts, sourcing candidates for a wide range of temporary and permanent vacancies, meeting and registering candidates, preparing CV’s, dealing with a range of customers over the phone to help with enquiries, writing and posting job adverts ……and so much more. You will also have regular administrative activities to assist with, so good IT and organisational skills are essential.
We welcome applications from people with office-based customer service or administration experience who have a proven ability to build good working relationships, can manage their time effectively and prioritise workloads.
Starting salary will be around £25,500 per annum (pro-rata) and you will have the chance to earn bonus based on branch performance; we can offer flexibility on hours, however Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 15:00 pm would suit.
