QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support of 1+years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Familiarity with ATS tools and online sourcing platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Participate in or lead interviews as needed
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
• Provide support during offer negotiations and hiring decisions
• Track candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (Bamboo HR) or internal tools
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership
