JOB TITLE: REFERRALS & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Salary: £23,985 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time / part time 9am - 1pm OR 1pm 5pm
Reports To: Service Lead / Director

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Based at our Edgbaston office, the Referrals & Administration Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our referral and housing allocation processes. You will be responsible for managing incoming referrals, supporting effective placements, liaising with external partners, and maintaining accurate records and reports for senior management. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring energy, organisation, and a commitment to making a real difference to people’s lives.
