Join our dedicated team at Finni Health! We are currently seeking multiple part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home care in Durham, NH. About the Role: As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver meaningful, in-home care. In this one-on-one role, you'll help children learn new skills, achieve developmental milestones, and support their families with compassion and expertise. Key Details: Openings: Multiple Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours/week) Compensation: Direct hourly rate: $24.00–$28.00 per hour Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30pm–7:30pm Saturday & Sunday: Flexible (to complete a total of 15 hours/week) Schedule is final due to client’s therapy availability on other days. Work Location: In-home and other designated locations in Durham, New Hampshire Urgency: Immediate openings available Responsibilities: Provide in-person behavior intervention services in the child’s home Collect and record data on child behaviors Collaborate closely with BCBAs to help shape the best possible treatment plans Attend team meetings to share experiences, offer insights, and contribute feedback to enhance care Qualifications: Completion of 40-hour RBT training course (RBT certified or eligible to test within 90 days) Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children and a passion for supporting those with special needs Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check (conditional offer pending satisfactory results) Additional experience requirements will be discussed by a recruiter Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods Able to sit on the floor or stand for extended sessions What We Offer: Competitive pay and paid training Career growth opportunities and flexible hours Paid time off and mental health days Mileage reimbursement Professional development assistance Referral program About Finni Health: We strive to make therapy a fun and rewarding experience for every child.
