Description Piedmont Surgery Center, an affiliate of Eye Health America, is a growing, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. We are always seeking great people who aren't just searching for a job but looking to make a difference. We are seeking a Part-Time RN for our Surgery Center in Greenville, SC. The RN is cross trained to be competent in all areas of the center, including pre-op, post-op, and circulator. This position is assessment focused and involves collecting the patient’s health information including current and past health history to determine their suitability to have in an ASC setting. This role will also determine whether health clearances are necessary based on established guidelines and collect those clearances from specialists. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current, unencumbered SC state or Compact License to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Current BLS/ACLS certification. A minimum of two (2) years of medical/surgical experience is preferred. Previous ASC experience in ophthalmology is a plus. Must enjoy a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
