Key Responsibilities

AS A DAY NURSE, YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity are prioritized at all times.
Administering medication and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines, maintaining accurate records of all care provided.
Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents’ health conditions and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider care team.
Monitoring residents’ conditions throughout the day, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
Leading and supervising care staff during day shifts, ensuring excellent standards of care and adherence to policies and procedures.
Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families, fostering a trusting and compassionate environment.
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
