At Gladstones Clinic, we provide exceptional care and support to individuals undergoing treatment for addiction, mental health challenges, and related concerns. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a part-time role with a focus on medication audits, client physical assessments, and possibly mental health evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in medication audits, physical health assessments, or mental health assessments (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience within a rehabilitation, addiction, or mental health setting is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Medication Audits: Conduct regular medication audits to ensure compliance with care plans, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Client Health Assessments: Review and assess clients’ physical health, including monitoring vital signs and identifying changes in health conditions.
  • Mental Health Assessments (Optional): Conduct mental health assessments, liaising with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of assessments, audits, and client progress in line with clinic protocols and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team, including healthcare assistants, therapists, and management, to deliver the highest standard of care.
