The position is well-suited for attorneys who are comfortable working independently, are detail-oriented, and are proficient with basic legal technology. Based on current workflow, the anticipated time commitment is approximately 5–7 hours per week, though volume may vary. Attorneys who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and engagement may have the opportunity to be considered for expanded responsibilities or future full-time roles as our firm continues to grow. Position Details Role: Part-Time Contract Attorney (Texas Licensed) Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Estimated Hours: Approximately 5–7 hours per week, depending on case volume Compensation: $55–$65 per hour Responsibilities Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness Electronically sign pleadings following review Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS) Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF Qualifications Active Texas Bar license in good standing Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfort working in a technology-driven environment Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required Technology Secure VPN access will be provided A firm laptop can be provided if needed If you are seeking a flexible, remote opportunity with a professional team and the potential for expanded involvement, we encourage you to apply!
