Description

We’re looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Part-Time Credit Controller to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position for 20 hours per week, offering a salary of €20k per year
As our Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from customers. You will handle the entire credit control cycle, from setting up new customer accounts to following up on overdue invoices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting credit checks and setting credit limits for new and existing customers.
  • Managing the full invoicing and collections process, including sending invoices and proactively following up with customers via phone calls and emails.
  • Resolving billing disputes and customer queries promptly to prevent payment delays.
  • Generating and analyzing accounts receivable reports and forecasting cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of financial skills and strong interpersonal abilities, including excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone with a high level of attention to detail and resilience. You should also be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
You will work closely with the Office Administrator and the sales team to ensure accurate billing and address customer issues.
