This is a remote position perfect for someone looking for flexible work. The hours are Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., giving you the perfect work-life balance.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Help customers with their orders, including placing new orders and making changes to existing ones.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Provide detailed information about our meal plans and delivery process.
