QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the youth soccer industry is required. This could be as an employee (coach, administrator, executive) or a volunteer (board member, operations, etc.).
  • Proven ability to connect with and build rapport with club leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development and lead generation skills.
  • High level of organization and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Highly motivated and comfortable with a cold outreach and performance-based role.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot is a bonus, but not required. We will provide training!
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Available to work 15-20 hours per week within the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the youth soccer industry and a passion for connecting with club leaders. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on the top of the sales funnel by generating leads and qualifying prospects. The Sales Development Representative will report to the Vice President of Youth Sports.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct proactive cold outreach (primarily cold calls) to youth sports clubs.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers, such as club presidents, executive directors, and board members.
  • Effectively communicate the value of Club Capital’s accounting, tax, and CFO advisory services.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls or demo meetings with a senior sales team member.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns.
