We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Social Media Enquiry Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple conversations with ease.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stable internet connection and own device (laptop/PC).
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service or social media management experience (advantageous but not essential).

  • Reply to enquiries using predetermined scripts to ensure consistent, professional communication.
  • Assign enquiries to the correct clubs and departments for further handling.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clubs.
