We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator for the Research Project “A Study of the Development and Retainment of Second-career Teachers in Hong Kong Schools”. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Conducting literature review and research on relevant topics; Assisting in project coordination, data collection and analysis; Working with the Principal Investigator / supervisors to prepare report writing; and Conducting other research activities as instructed by Principal Investigator. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A Bachelor’s or above degree in English Language or a related discipline, PGDE holder would be preferred; Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Ability to work independently; Relevant experience in Hong Kong education system; Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; and Strong enthusiasm and serious commitment to research.
