We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator for the Research Project “A Study of the Development and Retainment of Second-career Teachers in Hong Kong Schools”. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Conducting literature review and research on relevant topics; Assisting in project coordination, data collection and analysis; Working with the Principal Investigator / supervisors to prepare report writing; and Conducting other research activities as instructed by Principal Investigator. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A Bachelor’s or above degree in English Language or a related discipline, PGDE holder would be preferred; Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Ability to work independently; Relevant experience in Hong Kong education system; Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; and Strong enthusiasm and serious commitment to research. Responsibilities

The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in conducting literature reviews, project coordination, data collection, and analysis. They will also help in report writing and other research activities as instructed.
