We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities This role is ideal for individuals seeking to deepen their research expertise in a collaborative environment. You will play an integral part in a project aimed at developing a community-informed educational tool, with a focus on improving health and educational outcomes for school-aged children. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Subject Engagement: Assist in the recruitment of study participants, including children, parents, and teachers; Data Collection & Analysis: Administer questionnaires, conduct interviews, and perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis; Research & Development: Assist in conducting comprehensive literature reviews to inform the development of a community-focused educational tool; Project Support: Assist in monitoring and evaluating the implementation process; and Collaboration: Work closely with the project leader and other team members, and perform other duties as assigned. He/she will be normally assigned to work not more than 17 hours per week. Candidates A recognized Master’s degree in a discipline related to health, education, or psychology, or a related area; Proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential. Mandarin language skills are an advantage; Experience in working with school-aged children, teachers, and/or parents is highly preferred; and Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are required.
