[The appointee will be assist the Principal Investigator for the research project entitled “Beyond the screen: Understanding and addressing gender inequality among esports practitioners through an integrated theoretical lens of ABC model and social role theory (Project No.: R2091)”] We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Assisting the Principal Investigator to recruit participants and conduct the data collection procedures; Assisting to transcribe the interview scripts and code the qualitative data; Working with Principal Investigator to prepare report writing; and Completing other relevant research activities as instructed by Principal Investigator. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Sport Marketing, Sport Policy, Sport Psychology or a related discipline in the social science context; Knowledge and research experience in qualitative research and data analysis (NVivo); Excellent written and oral communication in English and Chinese; Ability to transcribe Mandarin will be an advantage; and Detailed-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
