KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting or individually
  • Ability to focus attention on details and multi task
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize job duties
  • Must be available for 3x8 hour shifts per week; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be Smart Serve certified
  • Two years of service experience in fine dining/upscale environment
Responsibilities
  • Serve guests food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
  • Eagerness to learn about, understand and upsell menu items
  • Willingness to learn and understand wine list
  • Assist fellow partners as necessary
  • Setting dining room according to standards
  • Perform cleaning duties back and front of the house
  • Interact with guests to promote a positive image of the property
  • Following dining room standard operating procedures
  • Promote the SPICIER culture
