• Can work well under pressure in a busy retail environment.
• Has great attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Is flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends and annual leave and sickness cover.

Previous retail experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what really matter to us!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them find what they need, and ensures the shop floor looks amazing, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, fun, and enjoyable shopping environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, offering advice and assistance to meet their needs.
• Help customers with purchases and ensure the till area runs smoothly.
• Keep displays eye-catching and products neatly presented.
• Restock and assist with deliveries and collections for both retail and community grocery
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Helping to support a diverse team of volunteers.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards.
• Key holder.
