Salon Lane is recruiting for a dynamic Retail Operations Coordinator. The role would suit a dynamic, organised retail professional with an eye for detail and a passion for all things hair and beauty.
Hours: 30 per week
Days: Monday - Thursday
Location: Will need to be able to work between our St Leonards, Bondi and Surry Hills locations.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Retail Growth Manager to support retail operations and maximise retail product sales by creating a premium and exceptional retail experience for our member’s clients and walk-in consumers.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the day to day set up and back-of-house tasks for our 3 Sydney sites, as well as working closely with the Member Experience team to ensure retail processes and stock levels are working efficiently across all sites.
  • Receiving and managing incoming product orders.
  • Implement impactful visual merchandising and consistently update according to the promotional calendar.
  • Monitor store and salon consumable usage to ensure adequate supply.
  • Support with the planning, organisation and execution of retail store openings and events.
  • Perform and complete other additional projects, duties and assignments as required.
