Part-Time Retail Sales & Operations Assistant
Location: Hadasity Studio Store, Tanglin Mall
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (must include 1 weekday + alternating weekends)
Hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm (1-hour break included)

We design timeless all-white apparel and handcrafted statement jewelry for women who value creativity, beauty, and light. Our Studio Store at Tanglin Mall is both a boutique and a creative space where customers come for inspiration, styling, and community.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Sales & Operations Assistant who is passionate about fashion, enjoys building genuine customer relationships, and is attentive to detail in creating a beautiful store experience. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team working directly with the Founder, contributing both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Styling
• Assist customers in finding the right fit and style combinations
• Provide warm, personalised recommendations and product knowledge
• Store Operations & Presentation
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and visually inspiring store environment
• Steam clothing and ensure displays meet brand standards
• Pack and process in-store and online orders
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory organisation
• Events & Brand Experience
• Support in-store styling sessions, customer previews, and brand events

Requirements

• Able to commit to 2–3 days per week (at least 1 weekday + alternating weekends)
• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail is a plus)
• Interest in fashion and styling, with a flair for minimalist elegance
• Friendly, reliable, and proactive in ensuring smooth daily operations
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a small team environment

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Education:

• GCE ’O’ Level or GCE ’N’ Level (Required)

Experience:

• Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
