DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking two dedicated and customer-focused Part-time Retail Sales Assistants (30 hours per week) to join our team at MUJI Retail (Australia). As a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
  • Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions accurately
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal
  • Assist with the regular replenishment of stock
  • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, wisth the ability to manage high volumes of stock
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays
