Creditshop is Niagara’s premier store for vintage and high end streetwear clothing located in the Pen Centre Mall. We pride ourselves on curating the best selection for our customers while also striving for exceptional customer service!
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to customers while promoting our products. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate product benefits will be essential to driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Knowledge in content creation and social media is an big added bonus
• Familiarity with retail sales and fashion product knowledge is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding.
• Utilize effective merchandising techniques to display products attractively and strategically.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and efficient checkout processes.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
