JOB DESCRIPTION: Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: Second Glow Boutique – 110 Lake Street, St. Catharines, ON
Schedule: Saturdays & Wednesdays, plus every other Friday
Hours: Approx. 14–20 hours/week

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available every Saturday and Wednesday, plus every other Friday
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in fashion, retail, and/or sustainable clothing
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but not required

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a friendly, fashion-loving Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique team. You’ll be the face of Second Glow, helping customers find clothing they love while supporting our mission of sustainability and conscious shopping.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and offer personalized styling assistance
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment
• Process sales and returns using our POS system
• Assist with merchandising, steaming, tagging, and restocking inventory
• Support during events (e.g., Sip & Shop, fashion shows)
• Educate customers on our selling and donation programs
