• Ensure that every customer is greeted in a friendly, respectful, and genuine way.
• Energetically craft solutions to customer problems using open-ended questions that lead to solving the problem, thereby promoting the maximum value of sales and add on sales for Fierling Limited.
• Assist the customer in locating and comparing product choices – demonstrate a thorough knowledge of product options and features and wherever possible.
• Assist with weekly price changes, putting away stock and maintaining a clean and organized store (mopping, collecting garbage, cleaning etc.)
• Process complete and accurate paperwork for every sale, special orders and out of stock items.
• Accurately receive and verify incoming stock.
• Promptly advise the Store Supervisor of stock outs, invalid pricing, shortages, damaged inventory, perceived theft in their department, inefficient or inappropriate activities.
• Answer the phone on the first ring.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
