In partnership with store leadership, work alongside store associates providing daily direction, communication and training to execute daily action plans in accordance with Vera Bradley’s objectives and standards. Responsibilities

Lead store associates in executing daily action plans and achieving sales goals while providing an exceptional shopping experience. Responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and acting as a liaison between staff and leadership.
