SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • £14-£15 per hour

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
    Days: Monday to Friday
    Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Flexible to suit between 8:00am & 5:00pm)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This will be a varied and exciting role which will include administration duties and supporting the telephone sales team. Flexible hours to work around your lifestyle: school runs/hobbies etc

PERSON AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Sales Administration experience in a b2b sales environment essential and ideally suit someone that has sales experience in a trade industry but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Experience working in office administration including cash handling
  • High standard of English & Mathematics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Attention to detail & super organised
  • A positive and hardworking attitude
  • Able to work well in a small team
  • Flexible and adaptive personality
