Location: Mapperley, NG3
Job Type: Part-Time. 25 hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 9:30am -3pm)
We are looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Sales Administrator to join our team, providing essential support to our Negotiators and Sales Progression department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A sociable personality capable of building a strong rapport with Clients
  • Solid knowledge of the North-East Nottingham area to better serve our Clients and provide insightful information to buyers.
  • Must have the ability to travel between branches within the Gedling Borough as there may be a requirement to work at more than one branch.
  • Ability to work effectively within a supportive team.

OTHER THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

The candidate will also be entitled to 5.6 week’s holiday per calendar year including bank holidays which fall on working days, an excellent Christmas party every year as well as a friendly, supportive, and open work environment. Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to our residential sales consultants
  • Handle inbound calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Update our CRM system and maintain accurate records of client and property information
  • Target opportunities for market appraisals and selling our services to potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities to sell mortgage and conveyancing services in addition to removal and building and contents referral opportunities.
    The role also includes many other varied daily activities and there is the opportunity to acquire more responsibility within the office once the candidate is established within the role.
