We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual to join our team in our busy flagship Bella Baby store in Dundrum!
This is a permanent part-time position (not a summer job), and a brilliant opportunity to work in a fun, rewarding, and customer-focused environment. Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one retail environment

• Someone who takes pride in their work and loves helping others
• A positive, team-focused attitude

Experience in the nursery industry is not essential – full training will be provided to bring you up to our exceptional standards, but experiance in customer service/retail is a must.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident communicator
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Comfortable with basic IT systems and confident handling sales and stock information
• Strong numeracy skills and accuracy at the till
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing store needs
• Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise tasks in a busy retail environment
• High attention to detail, especially in merchandising and maintaining store standards

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
