Description

At CareCo, we make every day easier for people.
As the UK’s leading mobility retailer, our goal is to make sure that everybody who needs a helping hand not only gets one, but that they get the one that works for them. A career at CareCo is about being part of a team that helps to achieve that.
Our Showrooms are open to the general public to visit, allowing them to try our core range of products, ask questions, and decide which item would best suit their specific needs. Our Sales Advisor role represents CareCo as the face of our business. So, it goes without saying that you should be compassionate, a good listener, a problem solver, and as a CareCo ambassador you should be committed to providing only the very best customer service at all times.
This is a part-time permanent position, covering either 26 or 25 hours, over either a four- or five-day working week from Monday to Sunday, based out of CareCo’s Milton Keynes site.

  • Experience in the compliance of company procedures and systems relating to stock control and sales transactions.
  • Proven experience in the safe and accurate handling and managing of data ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly in Outlook, Word & Excel.

  • Keeping the showroom clean and tidy throughout the day to ensure our brand is positively represented.
