This position will be located at the Mike's Bikes Store in Sausalito #1 Gate 6 Road, Marin Ca 94965 WHAT DOES YOUR DAY JOB LOOK LIKE: -Ask the right questions and listen. We're not just selling bikes; we're matching riders with their ideal riding experience -Confidently close sales by demonstrating how the right bike will help customers reach their cycling goals. -Manage and develop relationships using CRM tool -Ring up sales, help manage inventory, and keep things running smoothly. -Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up… We’ll teach you how!! Lifting bikes, climbing ladders, and moving around the store is part of the gig -Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone -Handy with tools and able to make small adjustments to bikes and gear -Familiarity with Google Workspace, point of sale (POS) systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus! LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English. Responsibilities

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their needs to match them with ideal cycling experiences, and confidently closing sales. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships via CRM, processing sales, assisting with inventory, and providing excellent follow-up service.
