We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Assistant / Keyholder to join our team in Cambridge, supporting the day-to-day running of the store. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store standards, and handling keyholder responsibilities. We’re seeking someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and varied shifts
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10kg
  • Comfortable with unpacking, moving, and organising stock in the stockroom
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience
  • Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions with confidence
  • Maintain a neat, organised, and visually appealing store environment
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner
  • Support daily store operations including stock receiving, processing, and replenishment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining product displays
  • Communicate customer and product feedback to the wider team
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures as required
  • Follow asset protection and compliance practices in daily operations
  • Build strong knowledge of the store’s merchandise and stock room
