ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident, style-savvy Sales Assistant to join our team in Bluewater, working 22 hours per week flexibly over 4 days.
As the face of Russell & Bromley, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience and help us maintain our reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and service. Whether you’re helping someone find their perfect pair or keeping the shop floor looking immaculate, you’ll bring energy, initiative, and a genuine love for retail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide warm, expert service to every customer
• Support with deliveries, stockroom organisation, and VM standards
• Stay up to date on product knowledge to offer tailored advice
• Work confidently to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and shop floor presentation
• Be a positive, flexible team player who supports others
